Service Information

We offer weekly residential trash pick up starting at $32.00 a month. We will pick up normal residential waste and up to 20 bags of yard waste per month at no extra charge. We do ask that if you have any tree limbs that they be cut down to 5 feet or shorter in length. If you have construction waste or larger, heavier items such as appliances or furniture we ask that you call in advance of your normal pick up day so we are aware and to discuss possible extra charges based on weight. We cannot pick up any hazardous items such as paint, oil, or tires.

Billing and Payment Information

Quarterly Residential Billing

At Average Joes Trash, residential bills are sent out on a quarterly cycle. You will receive a bill once every 3 months.

Bill Payment options

We provide multiple options for paying your bill. Checks are welcome by mail or you can drop them by our business lot at 615 South 6th in Manhattan; You can pay online or set up autopay at trashbilling.com using your card or checking account; or you are always welcome to call and pay over the phone.

BIlling Due Dates

Bills are sent out on the 15th of the month before your quarterly bill is due. The bill will be due on the 15th of the first month of your billing cycle. After the due date, the system will flag your account as past due, add a $5.00 late fee, and remove your address from the route until the account is current.

Thanksgiving Schedule 2024

Holiday Schedule Thanksgiving 2024

We will be closed Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving. Schedule for the week will be as follows:
MONDAY: Regular Monday Route will be ran on Monday as usual.
Regular Tuesday dumpsters will be ran on Monday.
TUESDAY: Regular Tuesday Route and Regular Wednesday Route will be ran on Tuesday.
WEDNESDAY: Regular Thursday Route and Regular Friday Route will be ran on Wednesday.

We will be unable to make return trips this week due to the limited time available. Thank you and have a blessed Thanksgiving!
